Saturdays - 10:30 AM - Storytime with Carol & Friends starts up again on Saturday September 21.

Friday, October 4, 3:45 PM - French films for children beginning 10/4 and then every first Friday of the month

Wednesday, October 2, 6:15-7:30 - Chess with National Chess Master Manuel Ugarte, all levels and ages welcome.

Holding Your Community Event at the CG Library

Is your community group/parenting group/arts organization or other group looking for a place to hold a free activity or a meeting?  The Carroll Gardens Branch has a spacious auditorium and other spaces that are free of charge to all non-profit groups. 


If you are part of a non-profit or community group and would like to schedule an activity at the library you may contact Jeff Schwartz, Neighborhood Library Supervisor at the branch at (718)-596-6972 x 110 or 114, or stop by the library to speak with him.   


In addition librarians are available to schedule book talks at schools and community centers.
